Availability: Continental Health Equipment service representatives are available 7 days a week on an on-call basis.

Fast Friendly Delivery/Service: Continental Health Equipment will typically complete delivery requests within 4 hours of notification of the dispatch center. Continental Health Equipment has integrated several new tech-nologies (electronic mapping, radio commu-nications, etc.) into it's new dispatch center. Please call our dispatch center's toll free number (1-866-603-6598) to ensure prompt friendly service.

Tracking: Each service call is documented with a "Continental Health Equipment Request For Service" ticket. A copy of the "Request for Service" will be left at the facility upon service completion.

Analysis: Continental Health Equipment will provide, upon request, monthly utilization reports of rental equipment to its customers.

Quality: Each piece of equipment delivered for rental from Continental Health Equipment has a "Service" sticker placed on it, which clearly displays the last date a maintenance check was performed on the equipment. Each piece of equipment must pass a series of checks (checklists are equipment specific) prior to being released to a facility. Copies of these checklists are available upon request.

Training: The staff members at Continental Health Equipment are available to conduct continuing education classes (in the area of
Wound Care), and equipment in-services. Please feel free to call the dispatch center to schedule training for your facility.

Professionalism: Continental Health Equipment associates are extensively trained on all products, procedures and guidelines. Each associate receives training on equipment usage and placement, basic wound terminology, infection control, right to know, resident's rights, and corporate compliance.

Experience: Continental Health Equipment has been servicing customers in health care facilities since 1996.
